securities laws and regulations.

complaints, researching insurance providers and information on

fairly and equitably develop, administer, and enforce the
vehicular laws of the District of Columbia for residents and
non-residents to ensure public safety through the safe
operation of motor vehicles.
The DMV website provides a wide range of services and
information for current motorists and special resources for
young drivers. On
this website car owners can request personalized license
plates, pay for tickets online, renew vehicle registration
online, request driver’s license renewals and obtain drivers
records. Young
drivers can take a sample knowledge test, learn about the GRAD
driver program. There
is a full knowledge section that includes answers to
frequently answered concerns and explains the driver points
