Tulsa
Chosen as New National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car HQ Operations
TULSA,
Okla., Jan. 29/ -- In a move that will add up to 700 Jobs to the
Tulsa economy, both National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, which
together make up the world's third largest airport car rental
company, will move its headquarters to Tulsa, bringing up a direct
annual payroll of up to $38.5 million.
Economists
estimate another 590 additional indirect jobs will be created in the
community. Indirect and direct employment combined could mean as
many as 1,290 jobs new jobs in the Tulsa area with an estimated
annual payroll of more than $75 million.

Begins Testing of Prototype Polyurethane Car Tires
BOULDER
CITY, Nev., Jan. 30/ -- Amerityre Corporation announced that it has
been submitting prototype polyurethane car tires to an independent
lab for testing to
determine if the tires comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety
Standard No. 109, applicable to new pneumatic tires.
FMVSS No. 109 specifies tire dimensions and laboratory test
requirements for strength, endurance, and high speed performance;
defines tire load ratings; and specifies labeling requirements for
passenger car tires.
Amerityre
announced the development of its "air, no-air" tire
system, also known as ARCUS(TM), in November 2003.
The ARCUS(TM) tire permits the car tire to operate with or
without air.
Experian
Launches NADAguides.com Vehicle History Reports
SCHAUMBURG,
Ill., Jan. 30/ -- Experian Automotive announced the launch of the
NADAguides.com Vehicle History Reports, Which enables its online customers to instantly retrieve
accurate used car histories. Using
Experian's National Vehicle Database of more than 450 million
vehicles, the NADAguides.com Vehicle History Reports expose possible
undisclosed or unknown problems, such as salvage and flood damage
history that can affect an automobile's safety and resale value.
NADAguides.com car shoppers will
have the option to purchase either a single report for a specific
vehicle or an unlimited number of reports for 60 days.

of its flagship dealer software 'New KARPOWER' at the 2004 NADA
Convention. Kelley Blue
Book has enhanced KARPOWER with several new features, such as the
addition of trade-in values and quick access to CARFAX Vehicle
History Reports.
With these new enhancements,
dealers can now find the two most valuable pieces of used car
information within KARPOWER --its value and its history.
With CARFAX being included in KARPOWER, dealers have one more
